The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County”), to obtain firm fixed pricing from licensed barbers/cosmetologists to provide hair-cutting services for approximately 350 inmates housed at the County’s Adult Detention Center (ADC), including Work Release Center (WRC) inmates, located at 42035 Loudoun Center Place, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. The bidder shall have, at a minimum, two (2) licensed barbers/cosmetologists to ensure adequate coverage on each haircut day.
It is the County's intent to award a one (1) year contract with four (4), one (1) year renewal options for a maximum five (5) year contract.
