The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following locations:

Cascades Library located at 21030 Whitfield Place, Potomac Falls, VA 20165

Cascades Senior Center located at 21100 Whitfield Place, Potomac Falls, VA 20165

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 1, 2021 at 9:30 am at the Cascades Library located at 21030 Whitfield Place, Potomac Falls, Virginia 20165 for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of the site.
