Erin McLellan oversees the Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System, the Departments of Economic Development, Finance and Procurement and Housing and Community Development as well as the Office of Emergency Management, the Division of Public Affairs and Communications and the Office of Real Property Asset Management and Planning and serves as liaison to the county's Constitutional Offices - the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Commissioner of the Revenue, Commonwealth's Attorney, Sheriff's Office and the Treasurer's Office — and has responsibility for judicial functions, including those of the General District Court, the Circuit Court and the Juvenile Domestic Relations Court. She also has oversight over the county’s legislative program and the county's FOIA Officer.
