You may notify the Commissioner of the Revenue of the closing online, by e-mail or mail. If the closing date is more than 60 days in the past, you must send the request by email to btcor@loudoun.gov or by mail to P.O. Box 8000, Leesburg, VA 20177-9804. Please include the account number, closing date, and forwarding address. Any unfiled tax reporting is the responsibility of the taxpayer.
If the business is located in one of the incorporated towns within Loudoun County, you may also need to contact the town with closing information.
