2024 REAL ESTATE ASSESSMENT
ONLINE APPLICATION FOR REVIEW
The deadline to request a real estate assessment from the Commissioner Of Revenue was March 18, 2024. If you believe you have an error in your property characteristics: living area, conditions, etc… or have questions about the assessed value you can contact our office and speak with your appraiser 703-777-0260.
Property owners who believe their assessments do not reflect market value or are not equitable with similar properties, may file an Application with the Loudoun County Board of Equalization by June 1st, 2024.
