Scott Jenkins Memorial Park is a 35-acre park located in Hamilton, Va. on East Colonial Highway. The park opened in 2011 and includes five athletic fields - four diamond fields and one rectangular field.
This phase of the project, Phase III, proposes funding in FY 2021 to light all five athletic fields.
Amenities at the park include athletic field lighting, fencing, public utilities, parking, and access from a public road. It also includes public restrooms, concessions, and bleachers.

Loudoun County withdrew a Special Exception (SPEX) application to allow lighted recreation fields within Scott Jenkins Memorial Park (SPEX-2009-0004, Scott Jenkins Memorial Park). As a result, the county no longer plans to consider installing additional lights for the ballfields at Scott Jenkins Memorial Park. There are no plans to resubmit the application.
