To report lost items, complete our online form for lost items or call Loudoun County Transit at 703-771-5665. Due to the high volume of lost items and limited staff resources, you will receive a call or email concerning your lost property only if it is found.
To coordinate pick up of a lost and found item, please contact Loudoun County Transit by phone at 703-771-5665 or by email at transit@loudoun.gov. All lost and found items will be held for 30 days. Once 30 days have passed, any unclaimed items will be donated or destroyed.
