The Community Services Performance Contract delineates the responsibilities of the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS). It specifies the conditions to be met for MHSADS to receive state-controlled funds, identifies the groups of individuals to be served with state-controlled funds and includes requirements to ensure accountability.
