Loudoun County, VA (Nov. 11, 2019) - D.C. United, Loudoun United FC, Washington Spirit of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) and Loudoun County Government will hold a news conference on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 5:00pm. The news conference will take place at the Loudoun County Government Center, located at 1 Harrison Street SE in Leesburg, Va.
