MS Word - The Basics Workshop (ON-SITE)

This full day, basic level workshop serves as an introduction to MS Word for those who have little to no experience using the software. Topics covered include: Opening MS Word on a PC, Saving Documents, Navigating the Toolbars and tabs, Formatting a Document, Inserting and Adding Object, Creating a Table and Printing Documents. Pre-requisites of attending the workshop: * You must have the ability to type and use a mouse. * No children are allowed in the workshops. * Any participant online under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. * No food or drink is allowed in the Workforce Resource Center or in the workshops.
