Effective December 17, 2014 the Probate Department will be returning to the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office in the Courthouse Complex. The Clerk’s Office can be found on the 3rd floor of the 18 East Market Street building. Our hours of operation will continue to be 8:30 to 4:00 and by appointment only.
