Out of an abundance of caution, the Loudoun County Courthouse is closed as of 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 18, 2020, due to a potential exposure to COVID-19. Officials are investigating the validity of claim by a member of the public who said he had tested positive for COVID-19 and who was briefly inside one of the courtrooms, but did not visit any other part of the courthouse. The courthouse will be thoroughly cleaned and is scheduled to reopen for normal business operations the morning of Thursday, November 19, 2020.
