The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain the services from a firm that is factory authorized and experienced in servicing and installing IDentiCard PremiSys, network based card access systems, equipment, and various camera systems for County owned and leased buildings. The successful bidder shall be responsible for designing, installing, and repairing IDentiCard PremiSys systems and various camera systems as well as providing regular maintenance on various components of new and/or existing IDentiCard PremiSys systems and various camera systems. The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options.
Pre-Bid Conference:
A Pre Bid Conference will be held on June 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Purcellville Conference Room, 1 Harrison Street, SE, 1st Floor, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications.
