Additionally, due to social distancing requirements, bidders should anticipate a delay in getting access to the drop box. As such, it is highly recommended that bidders allocate additional time to ensure timely submission of their bid. It is the bidders responsibility to ensure that his/her bid is submitted in the correct location prior to the acceptance date/time.

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Firing Range located at 41450 Shreve Mill Road, Leesburg Virginia 20175.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on July 2, 2020 at 9:00 AM in the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) Firing Range located at 41450 Shreve Mill Road, Leesburg Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of the site. Attendance at this Pre-Bid is MANDATORY.
