The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain fixed price proposals from firms specializing in providing a web-based and cloud-based Insurance Credentialing Software and full management of approximately 240 providers for the County’s Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse and Developmental Services (MHSADS) and the Loudoun County Health Department (LCHD). The County prefers to make a single award to one (1) successful offeror but may contract with multiple vendors. The County anticipates awarding a five (5) year contract with annual renewals.
