The LVCC Advisory Board sponsors this wonderful event for our community as a fund raiser to help provide funds for children’s scholarship for preschool. The vast selections are for the youngest child through Adult. Scholastic books are reasonably priced for your budget and offer selections on many different topics. Now is a great time to Holi-day shop for the grand kids and other children on your gift list! Best of all, pick up something fun for yourself and most of all Shop with your kids and promote the love of books and reading with your family. The Book Fair will be in the Lobby at LVCC Monday-Friday, 11/20-12/4, open until close.

    The perfect workshop for those who have little experience with interviewing, or have not interviewed in a long time. Topics covered are: before the interview preparation, proper dress, what to take, during the interview body language, common interview questions, do’s & don’ts, closing the interview asking questions, next steps in the process, follow up practices. Then, be prepared to practice interview questions and get useful feedback from other participants and the trainer.
