Community Outreach Work Plan
Loudoun County completed the Phase II WIP Community Outreach Work Plan (PDF) in November 2013. The goal of the work plan was to engage stakeholders and provide community outreach in an effort to find the most reasonable and cost effective strategies for meeting the requirements of the WIP. Elements of the work plan included:
- A Communications and Community Engagement Strategy that outlined how the county would engage the public throughout the work plan process
- An Internal Steering Committee that developed the framework for scenarios and strategies
- A Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) that provided technical expertise and recommendations
- A Stakeholders Committee (SC) that provided feedback and input on developed scenarios and strategies
