Capital Intensity Factor

The Capital Intensity Factor (CIF) is a financial multiplier that helps determine future costs of development in the county and is used by the Planning Commission and the Planning and Zoning Department in all proffer negotiations.

At the March 14, 2018 Board Public Hearing, the Board of Supervisors approved the Standard Capital Intensity Factor.
