Once a developer determines the public infrastructure improvements are at least 30 percent complete, the developer can submit a "Bond Reduction Request" with fee, for consideration.
Based on the calculation extension submitted by the developer, Infrastructure Compliance staff will inspect the site and determine the appropriate reduced bond amount back to the developer.
