Real Property Asset Management and Planning

The Office of Real Property Asset Management and Planning focuses on the county’s land strategy and manages the acquisition and disposition of land. The services the office provides include: 

• Strategic management of the county’s capital real estate asset portfolio.
• Land acquisition functions for the capital projects included in the adopted Capital Improvement Program.
• Due diligence processes associated with potential real estate transactions.
• Coordination with other county departments and the Loudoun County Public Schools on long-range acquisition planning.
