After the acceptance date, formal solicitations are automatically moved from Open status to Closed status on the Bid Postings Page. The listings may be viewed on the Bid Postings Page.
- Select "Show Closed / Awarded / Canceled Bids"
- The list is sorted alphabetical by the solicitation title. You may sort the list as you wish.
- Once a solicitation is awarded, the status will be updated to Awarded.
- To link to the solicitation and related documents, click on the Title. At the details page, you can view all information. Scroll down to Related Documents for all documents currently available for the solicitation such as: original solicitation, addenda, opening, and the Notice of Award (NOA).
