Preregistration (for returning families) for county after-school programs for the 2020-2021 school year will be held online only, beginning March 31. Open registration for remaining spaces (in CASA, YAS and licensed after-school programs at recreation and community centers) will be held online only, beginning April 21. In keeping with the County’s ongoing response to the COVID-19 situation, including social distancing measures, registration for after-school programs administered by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services will be held online at loudoun.gov/webtrac.
- Online preregistration for returning families (families enrolled in CASA, YAS and the CASA Assistance Program for the 2019-2020 school year) runs from 8:30 a.m March 31 through 11:59 p.m. April 10.
- Online registration for new families in the CASA Assistance Program (families approved for Loudoun County Public Schools Free and Reduced Lunch Program) runs from 8:30 a.m. April 13 through 11:59 p.m. April 17.
- Online open registration for any remaining spaces (in CASA, YAS and licensed after-school programs at recreation and community centers) begins at 8:30 a.m. April 21.
