The fourth public workshop regarding the County’s Parks and Recreation master planning project will be held Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at 7 p.m. Details about joining the virtual meeting are available at loudoun.gov/prcsmasterplan.
The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services contracted with PROS Consulting, Inc. in 2020 for a master plan with the goal of creating an environment for providing exceptional facilities and recreational opportunities to enhance county residents’ health and well-being. The plan has been completed and was approved by the Board of Supervisors June 15, 2021.
The July workshop will present an overview of findings, recommendations and where opportunities for improvement will be focused for the next 10 years. Visit loudoun.gov/prcsmasterplan or email prcs@loudoun.gov for more information.
