The Dulles South Recreation and Community Center leisure pool will reopen Saturday, September 9 at 11:00 a.m., after being temporarily closed for broken glass that was believed to have fallen into the pool.
As a precaution, Loudoun County Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) drained, cleaned, refilled, and re-chlorinated the pool.
Patrons are reminded to never bring glass items into Loudoun PRCS pool areas, including bottles and goggles. Only unbreakable, re-sealable containers are permitted.
