[ARCHIVED] Call for Art for Our Planet, Our Future Art Exhibition at Loudoun County Government Center

Call for Artists- Our Planet

All artists who live in Loudoun County are eligible to enter an exhibition in honor of Earth Day titled Our Planet, Our Future. Local artists are asked to submit artwork that depicts a visualization that embodies optimism for an Earth-friendly planet.

The exhibit will take place in the Loudoun County Government Center at Gallery One at 1 Harrison St. SE in Leesburg and will be available for public viewing from April 1 through May 3, 2024. 

Each artist may submit one entry and must submit a digital photo of their submission here by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024.  2D artwork is limited to a maximum size of 36 x 36 inches and must adhere to the framing standards delineated here. All 2D and 3D mediums will be considered. Acceptance notices for submissions will be provided by Friday, March 22, 2024. 

Gallery One exhibits are coordinated by the Loudoun County Art Advisory Committee, which is appointed by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors. The committee is responsible for exhibiting work by Loudoun artists and maintaining and exhibiting the county's permanent art collection.
