Saturday, April 6, and Sunday, April 7, are "Trout Fishing Days" at Franklin Park. Children can fish from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., and adults may assist. Fishing is open to all ages from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. A fishing license is required for anyone 16 and older. Rods and bait will be available, but participants may bring their own. Trout may be taken home. All other species must be returned to the pond. The cost is $6 for children and $10 for adults.
