2. Project Overview

   The Loudoun County Board has been working with stakeholders in the Village of St. Louis to develop a Village Plan, which is designed to help St. Louis maintain its unique character, support the community’s goals and address a range of issues related to land use, development and quality of life. Once approved, the Village Plan will provide Loudoun County with a policy framework to address land use and infrastructure issues in this rural historic village that has experienced underrepresentation and has reached a critical moment of change. 

   Loudoun County is now seeking feedback on the draft plan that will first be considered by the Planning Commission in March 2024, and later by the Board of Supervisors. 

   Prior to submitting your comments and questions about the draft Village Plan, review the draft plan and more information about the ongoing project at loudoun.gov/stlouis.
