You may schedule an appointment with the Probate Department by email or by phone at 703-777-0442.
When can I schedule an appointment?
Probate appointments can be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday depending on the availability of our probate clerks.
What attendance options are available?
Both In Person and Remote/Virtual options are available. For Remote/Virtual attendees we use GoToMeeting.
