Loudoun County welcomed hundreds of participants in 2021's Bike to Work Day event at the two physically distanced pit stops hosted by the county in Leesburg and Sterling Friday, May 21, 2021. Tell Us Why You Love Bike to Work Day
"I am excited for Bike to Work Day this year. I bike 17 miles each way from Leesburg to Reston on the W&OD for work a few times a week. This has helped me lose over 50 pounds over the last two years!"
“I first participated in Bike to Work Day a few years ago with a co-worker. It was so enjoyable that I have made it part of my spring through fall routine. In addition to the benefits of exercise, I have found that I look forward to the days I get to ride my bike to work. I feel more energized and productive. I truly recommend that everyone try it at least once.”
