If you need an address for:
- individual property with no address
- additional residence/business proposed to be built on a lot
- new building that will replace one that has been destroyed
Submit an Application for Address form with a plat or site plan showing the parcel boundaries, proposed building, and the location of the driveway. Addresses are assigned at the point the driveway intersects the road.
There is no fee. You will be notified when the address has been assigned, usually within 2 to 3 business days.
