As the Board of Supervisors continues efforts to increase environmental sustainability and resilience for Loudoun residents and businesses, Loudoun County is making it easier for members of the public to stay up to date by expanding its subscription news channels to include environmental- and energy-specific updates.
Anyone interested in environmental- and energy-related news from the Loudoun County government may subscribe to the new Environment & Energy category available from the Notify Me/New Flash section of the Loudoun County website.
Subscribers can choose to receive email and/or text updates, news releases and other information of interest to residents and businesses regarding environmental topics, such as the ongoing work of the Environmental Commission and the Environmental and Energy Work Plan (PDF) approved by the Board of Supervisors at its Environmental Summit earlier this year.
Building a concrete, sustainable environmental planning strategy for the health, safety and welfare of Loudoun residents and businesses is a strategic initiative of the Board of Supervisors.
