Pavilions
Loudoun County Parks, Recreation & Community Services provides Pavilions throughout Loudoun County that can be rented for a fee by the half-day or full-day. The information below provides links to pavilion amenities, details, rental times, locations, and contact information to rent.
Pavilion Rental Process
- Visit one of our staffed sites, including the Administrative Office, Community Centers, Recreation Centers, or Park Offices.
- Bring your signed Rental Regulations and Agreement Document.
- Provide payment via cash, check, or credit card.
For access to the most up-to-date information or to check current availability please call the Administrative Office 703-777-0343, or your local center. An email can also be sent with an inquiry or with questions but the email does not serve as a reservation. All pavilion reservations must be made in person at either the PRCS Administrative Office, a Community Center, a Recreation Center, or a Park Office.
