As the local ordinance is under review, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is currently not issuing permits for Massage Therapists or Massage Technicians.
Individuals engaged in the practice of massage therapy are regulated by the Virginia Board of Nursing and must comply with the requirements set forth in the Code of Virginia at § 54.1-3000 et sequitur.
