Request a Copy of Your Accident Report

Requests for copies of accident reports can be made either in person or by mail. To request a copy by mail, send a letter including the accident case number along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

To request a copy in person, you must show valid government photo identification: Accident and Incident reports are only available at our headquarters, 803 Sycolin Road in Leesburg location. Accident and Offense reports are not available for pick-up at any other site.
- Alien Resident Card
- Driver's License
- Identification Card Issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
- Military Identification Card
- Passport
Fees
Copies of reports are only released to individuals listed on the report and/or the insurance company of the insured. There is a $10 fee for businesses and out-of-county residents. Cash or check payments are accepted. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office only carries $75 for change.
