Request a Copy of Incident Reports
Copies of incident reports are not released unless so ordered by the court; however, a summary sheet can be provided to only victims or complainants and insurance companies with proper identification. There is a $10 fee for businesses and out-of-county residents. Cash or check payments are accepted. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office only carries $75 for change.
The incident report summary will include:
- Case number
- Complainants name
- The deputy assigned to the case
- Location of incident
- Name of victim or victims
- Property Involved
- Type of event (nature of the crime)
Please provide any information to help staff identify the case, including case number, victim information (name), date of the incident, and location of the incident.
