Why did I still receive a paper bill when I signed up for the E-Bill process?
There are a couple of reasons why you may have received a paper bill for your account.
  • If the vehicle is jointly titled, the registration process must be completed by all owners.
  • If you have signed up E-Bill within a month of a due date, we might have already processed your paper bill for mailing.
  • If any of your account ownership information changes (SSN/FEIN, Name) a new E-Bill online registration will need to be completed.
