​​​​​Miller Indicted in August 31, 2016 Pedestrian Fatality on Riverside Parkway

 

               LEESBURG, Virginia – November 14, 2016.  An indictment was presented today to the Grand Jury for the August 31, 2016 pedestrian fatality in Lansdowne, which claimed five-month old Tristan Schulz’s life and seriously injured his mother.

             The Grand Jury heard evidence from Deputy J. McClintic of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office before returning true bills charging John Miller IV, 45, with one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless driving, and one count of failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

             The Loudoun County Circuit Court will schedule further proceedings on the indictment Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 9:00 a.m.
