On behalf of the Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System and the Loudoun Career Firefighters Association, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the community for their generosity during this holiday season. Throughout the months of November and December, Loudoun County Firefighters teamed up with Mobile Hope Loudoun and One Warm Coat during the annual coat drive and the Loudoun County Marine Corps League Detachment 1205 during the Toys for Tots campaign. This year, hundreds of winter apparel items including over 800 coats and over 700 cold-weather accessories were donated. In addition, hundreds of toys were collected and will go to help community members in need.
“As always, we are thrilled to participate in the annual coat drive and Toys for Tots campaign and greatly appreciate the generosity of the Loudoun community,” said System Chief Keith Johnson. “Your donations allow us to continue to support these programs year after year. We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday season, and a happy new year!”
