Temporary Closure of Leesburg Fire Station and Relocation of Fire and Rescue Crews

LCFR NEWS and ALERTS 8-2019

Effective at 6:00 a.m. on November 1, 2019, the Leesburg Fire Station #20, located at 61 Plaza Street NE, will temporarily close for renovations. Closure of the station is anticipated to last approximately six months with re-occupancy occurring on or around the end of April 2020. 

Staff and apparatus currently assigned to Fire Station #20 will relocate to and operate from Leesburg Fire Station #1, located at 215 Loudoun Street SW, Leesburg, VA 20175, during the closure. The phone number to reach Loudoun County Fire and Rescue staff at Station #1 or the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company for non-emergent business is 703-771-9103. In the event of an emergency, always dial 9-1-1.
