William O’Brien has waived his preliminary hearing on the felony charge of attempted filming of a nonconsenting minor, stemming from an incident at Sense of Thai restaurant on May 14, 2023. Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj stated,"The Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office takes these allegations seriously and will continue to work with our community members and our law enforcement partners to ensure that Loudoun remains one of the safest counties in the country."”
O’Brien’s case will be presented to the Grand Jury on October 16, 2023, for further process in the Loudoun County Circuit Court.
The case will be presented to the October grand jury along with ancillary misdemeanor charges.
