Construction Contract Pending Award for Round Hill to Franklin Park Trail

Loudoun County procurement is reviewing bids for a contractor to perform the construction of both the Round Hill to Franklin Park Trail and Round Hill Main Street Improvements. The contract award is pending.

Weather permitting, construction is expected to start in summer 2020 with completion estimated for spring 2022. 

The Round Hill to Franklin Park Trail project includes the design and construction of sidewalks and a shared use path (pedestrian and bicycle) from the center of the Town of Round Hill to Franklin Park in western Loudoun County. In addition, the project includes county management of the Town of Round Hill’s Main Street pedestrian and streetscape project.
