Loudoun County, VA (November 13, 2019) – The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office has located a missing Ashburn woman. Ms. Zhou was reported missing this afternoon and has since been found safe.

Loudoun County, VA (November 13, 2019) – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to help locate a missing 83-year-old woman who was last seen around 9 a.m. this morning in the area of Mandalay Court in Ashburn.
Surong Zhou was reported missing around 12:30 p.m. and last seen wearing a short bright green jacket with a red shirt, black and purple tennis shoes, and a red beanie style hat. She is further described as being 5’ tall, 120 pounds, and has short white hair. She is considered endangered due to mental and/or physical health concerns.
She is known to walk the area around the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion.
