Untitled design (7)

Loudoun County, VA- The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to identify two suspects believed to be involved in a series of larcenies from vehicles in the Belmont communities of Ashburn.

Detectives today released surveillance image stills captured by a home surveillance system in one of the theft cases where the suspects entered an open garage. The suspects also entered over 25 vehicles in the area of Leah May Court, Kimberly Anne Court, La Belle Place, Mary Rita Terrace, Desert Forest Drive, Northville Terrace, Frenchman’s Creek Terrace, Briar Creek Terrace, and Kathleen Elizabeth Drive. The thefts occurred during the overnight hours of April 23 and April 24.

Items taken from the vehicles included a firearm, credit cards, gift cards, and money. Some of the stolen credit cards were used in Maryland.

In light of these recent thefts, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is reminding residents to lock their vehicle doors every night and remove high dollar items. Taking these measures will greatly reduce your chances of becoming a victim of theft. Residents are also encouraged to immediately report any suspicious activity by calling the LCSO at 703-777-1021.

Anyone with any information regarding the possible identities of the suspects is asked to contact Detective N. Campbell at 703-737-8707. You may also submit a tip through the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office app. The Loudoun Sheriff app is available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.
