Three Charged with Cocaine Distribution in Loudoun County

Website-Serious Crime

Loudoun County, VA – Two men and one woman are in custody after a nearly four-month-long investigation by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office into the sale of narcotics and a firearm in Loudoun County.

Members of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Enforcement Unit and the Special Operations Section conducted a traffic stop and search warrants in Inwood, West Virginia, and in the Town of Leesburg Thursday night. The investigation into the suspects began in March 2019, after the LCSO learned they were possibly involved in the sale of cocaine in the county. During the course of the investigation, one of the suspects sold an AR-15 style rifle during a controlled operation. The firearm is in the possession of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

Jeremy E. Black, 30, and Lindsey M. Siford, 32, both of West Virginia were taken into custody June 13 after a traffic stop on Route 9 near the Town of Hillsboro. Black and Sifford were both found to have a concealed firearm in their possession. Approximately 8 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia were also located inside the vehicle.

Black was charged with four counts of Distribution of a Schedule II Narcotic and three counts of Possession of a Firearm While Distributing a Schedule II Narcotic. Siford was charged with two counts of Distribution of a Schedule II Narcotic and one count of Possession of a Firearm While Distributing a Schedule II Narcotic.

Following the traffic stop, a search warrant was conducted at a residence associated with the investigation on Belmont Drive in Leesburg. Inside the home, 92 grams of cocaine and other suspected narcotics and narcotics distribution products were located. A resident inside the home, Andrew O. Nickle, IV, 24, was charged with two counts of Distribution of a Schedule II Narcotic, one count of a Possession of a Firearm While Distributing a Schedule II Narcotic, and two counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Narcotic.

A search warrant was also subsequently conducted at Black’s home in Inwood, West Virginia with the assistance of the West Virginia State Police.

Additional charges are pending against all three suspects in the case. All three suspects remain held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
