Alexandria Man Charged in Double Homicide at Café
Loudoun County, VA- An Alexandria man was arrested Monday for a double homicide at a café in Sterling.
Hassan M. Gailani, 34, is charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Pharaoh Café located in the 46000 block of Old Ox Road around 1:45 a.m. this morning for a report of a shooting. Two victims lost their lives at the scene. Names of the victims have not been released pending notification of next to kin.
The suspect was apprehended in his vehicle by deputies responding to the scene as he attempted to leave the area.
Gailani remains held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
