Loudoun County, VA- A volunteer with the Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System (LC-CFRS) was charged today after an investigation determined he engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile he met during the course of his duties with the Hamilton Volunteer Rescue Squad.
Jacen N. Martin, 23, of Purcellville has been charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Possession of Child Pornography. The inappropriate contact with the juvenile came to light on June 22, 2019, and Martin was immediately suspended from the LC-CFRS.
The age and gender of the juvenile are not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
The investigation was conducted by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit.
Martin was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a $2,500 secured bond.
