Loudoun County, VA (June 16, 2023) – Today, seven new Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Deputies graduated from the 148th Session of the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Training Academy (NVCJTA).
Please help us welcome Deputies Benjamin Coker, Lucas Da Silva, Liam Dinchong, Colin Kisby, Fritz Pierre, Kelsey Singhas, and Francis Tepper.

The graduation ceremony was held at Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg. Participating agencies with Session 148 of the NVCJTA graduates include Arlington County Police Department, Arlington County Sheriff’s Office, City of Alexandria Police Department, City of Alexandria Sheriff’s Office, City of Fairfax Police Department, City of Manassas Police Department, Leesburg Police Department, Metro Transit Police Department, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Police Department, Northern Virginia Community College Campus Police Department, and the Purcellville Police Department.
